I used to think that eating healthy meant boring, bland, lifeless food. I was fine with a few extra pounds on my waist in exchange for eating "good" food. That thinking led me north of 330lbs. Ouch. Sedentary and stubborn... Wow was I wrong. Dead wrong. Fast forward a few years. I little lighter, a lot smarter, and enjoying food not just eating it.

Fish Burrito from Taco Del Sol

1-20-2013  This is one of my favorites. It checks in at just over 880 calories, so it only happens occasionally. Never more than two in a day. (personal rule)  Also it goes best with a tall Cold Smoke. Yum.
